EVPDT specialized endovascular surgical fiber is a kind of optical transmission system, the core is quartz fiber, the cladding is quartz or hard polymer material, the fiber coat is stainless steel or Nitinol threaded tube, the outer layer of the threaded tube is covered with a hydrophobic coating. The distal tip of the fiber has several types of flat head, conical head, hemispherical head and spherical head, which is convenient to distribute light energy axially, radially and diffusively in tumor blood vessels. The near end of the fiber is the SMA905 fiber optic connector, coupled with the laser output of the tumor photodynamic therapy instrument. The optical fiber is a disposable vascular-invasive sterile instrument.
